Streamlining the mortgage loan process and improving the borrower experience sits at the top of his priority list — a challenge German approaches from the inside out.

Life outside of Lender Price
One thing German enjoys most outside of work? Rock climbing.
In 2025, German logged 35+ lead climbs, capping the year with a multi-pitch climb in Joshua Tree that he calls his most exhilarating adventure yet. it turns out the skills that make a great COO and a great climber aren’t all that different — set ambitious goals, stay focused under pressure, and push through to the finish.
Like the understated character Eeyore — who represents quiet resilience, showing up no matter what, and never losing sight of the people around him — German leads with the same steady, people-first approach.
Whether it’s climbing a mountain or navigating a complex lender challenge, he shows up, does the work, and always brings his team along with him.
